Conversations on Europe - A Virtual Roundtable Series organized by the EUCE at the University of Pittsburgh
This year, the EUCE at the University of Pittsburgh is organizing a virtual roundtables series on "Conversations on Europe". The Miami-Florida European Union Center of Excellence at FIU, along with other European Union Centers of Excellence from the U.S. network, will be participating.
In Spring 2014, we will be able to connect with experts on Europe via video-conference for four conversations:
- Thursday, January 16, 2014: "The Big Bang - 10 Years later: East Europe & the EU after expansion"
- Tuesday, February 18, 2014: "Spy Games: Technology & Trust in the Transatlantic Relationship"
- Tuesday, March 18, 2014: "The Thorn & the Thistle in Europe's Side?: English & Scottish Nationalism & The Future of the EU"
- Tuesday, April 15, 2014: "A Parliament Against Itself? The Far Right in the upcoming European Parliament Elections"
