1/ NTERNSHIP IN THE PRESS SERVICE

Missions:

  • Follow the local press (newspapers and blogs)
  • Preparation of fact sheets, presentations and press releases
  • Writing announcements for the weekly newsletter of the Consulate
  • Translations of articles in English and Spanish
  • Support the press service activity (documentary research, mailings, follow lists of recipients - journalists or VIP-)
  • Communication action (such as sending press releases and other material to key persons, etc.)

Prerequisites

  • Excellent level of English, Spanish and French- spoken and written
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Flexible hours

2/ INTERNSHIP IN THE CHANCELLERY: Event and Sponsorship

Missions:

  • Assist partners and events planner in their duties (releases, contacts…)
  • Organize companies’ list for sponsorships and fundraising (data entry, Internet research, direct contacts…).

Service: Chancellery

Pre-requisites:

  • Good level of written and spoken French
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word
